Besides a wonderful dressing, this delightfully versatile all natural culinary sauce can be used to sauté, tenderize, stir-fry, marinate, glaze, or caramelize meats and vegetables.  Sauté quartered red pears in butter with 1/2c. Pear Cooking Sauce and 1/4 c. walnuts until tender.  Serve over arugula with a slice of blue cheese.

I paired this with Myers Lemon Olive Oil and a few spices and it makes the lightest, freshest summer dressing
