A blend of 90% Brown Rice Oil/10% Pacific Sun Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  Friar Oil is a healthful and delicious replacement for canola, cottonseed, peanut, soybean, or refined olive oils in all kitchen applications.  Its high smoke point of 470°F makes it suitable for any use: pan frying, deep frying, sautéing, and even baking.  Friar oil is free from cholesterol, transfats, and GMO.  The oil has a nutty taste with pleasant olive undertones.

This will be good cooking oil, but the blend leaves an odd slick on my tongue, and the flavor is not bright at all

This has become our family's primary cooking oil. Better than olive oil for frying, it allows me to save and savor my Pacific Sun olive oil.
