The Riverview Ranch Tuscan Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from Frantoio and Leccino variety olives grown at the Riverview Ranch in Tehama County, California. This extra virgin olive oil's traditional Tuscan flavor characteristics are coupled with an elegant mouth feel, a buttery body, and tomato leaf overtones. It is not nearly as aggressive as its Tuscan counterparts and is the ideal representation of the terroir of the Jelly's Ferry area of Tehama County, California. This extra virgin olive oil pairs well with full bodied red wines, especially Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel.

This is the perfect extra virgin olive oil.  It's a light and smooth perfection.  Blends in a lovely way with all vinigars.  Noticably inhances the flavor of fish and meat.
