Our Proprietor's Select Ascolana Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a mono-varietal that  captures the unique characteristics of the Tehama County Ascolana olive, originally an Italian variety. It has a lively perfume with peach and dry apricot overtones and a nice spicy finish. This oil is perfect for bread dipping, guacamole, sauteing a white fish, Asian dishes featuring coconut and salad dressings.

You can't help but get caught up in the delicious offerings from this company. This brand of oil (Proprietor's Select) was an impulse buy, but I'm glad I indulged myself. I'll be purchasing more!

I am sure it is one of the better oils I will ever try being the best and all. I love my evoo as dressing with vinegar so I am sure this olive oil will be a special treat next time I make dressing or pesto!

I love the grassy tones of this oil...it's very fresh and refreshing.  I gave a bottle to a friend for a present, and he loves it too!
